About these terms
These Terms apply to the Paid To Promo website and educational materials offered under the Paid To Promo brand by Matt Proud. Please read them before using the site or purchasing the program. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Educational purpose
Paid To Promo is a self-paced training program about finding and applying for promotional and event work. It is not a staffing agency, employer, job-placement service, or promise of employment. You are responsible for your applications, decisions, and commitments to third parties. Training is general education, not individualized legal, tax, financial, or employment advice.
Bookings and earnings
We do not guarantee that you will be hired, earn a particular amount, or obtain any result within seven days. The 7-Day Launch Plan is a sequence of preparation and application activities. Pay examples are illustrative and may reflect historical information. Actual rates, available assignments, expenses, qualifications, and hiring timelines vary. Confirm the details of each opportunity directly with the hiring organization.
Program purchases and access
The advertised program price is $17 as a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription included. Applicable taxes, delivery details, access terms, and any additional purchase conditions will be presented before payment. Checkout is not currently enabled on this website. A purchase is not made by browsing the site or clicking a link that scrolls to the offer. Do not send payment through an unofficial channel.
Refunds and consumer rights
Any specific refund or cancellation policy for a future purchase will be disclosed before checkout. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy that applicable consumer law requires. If materials you purchase are not delivered or you have an access problem, contact Paid To Promo using the contact channel below or the support details provided with your order.
Your use of the materials
Unless a resource explicitly states otherwise, purchased materials are licensed for your personal learning and use in your own gig applications. You may adapt the provided templates for that purpose. You may not resell, publicly distribute, share paid access, or repackage the videos, guides, or templates as your own product without written permission. Ownership of the original materials remains with their respective rights holders.
Responsible use
Provide truthful information in applications and communications. Do not impersonate others, submit fabricated qualifications, interfere with this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the materials unlawfully. If you use AI tools, check the accuracy of their output and review their privacy terms before uploading personal information or photos.
Third-party services and opportunities
Agencies, job boards, payment services, and other linked services operate independently. A reference does not guarantee an organization’s availability, legitimacy, hiring decisions, or performance. Review their terms, privacy practices, and assignment requirements. Paid To Promo does not control those services.
Availability and limitations
We aim to provide useful, accurate material, but information and third-party listings can change. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or that all materials will be error-free or suitable for every situation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paid To Promo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or training.
