PAID TO PROMO
Privacy Policy
Effective November 7, 2026 · Last updated November 7, 2026
Scope and responsibility
This Privacy Policy describes information handled in connection with the Paid To Promo website, operated under the Paid To Promo brand by Matt Proud. It covers this website, not independent agencies, job boards, AI tools, or other websites you choose to visit.
Information from website visits
This site is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and error or security logs. This supports delivery of the site, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice for its practices.
Information you choose to provide
The current website has no account registration, contact form, email signup, file uploads, or enabled checkout. If you contact Paid To Promo through a separate service, we may receive your name, username, contact details, and the content of your message. We use that information to respond and handle your request. The service you use also processes information under its own privacy policy. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current site code does not set first-party cookies or use browser storage for visitor tracking. It does not include advertising pixels or a dedicated analytics script. Hosting or security services may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the site. Your browser may also cache site files. If we introduce additional tracking or advertising tools, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required before using them.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate and secure the website, respond to communications, and address legal obligations or disputes. Hosting and communication providers may process information to provide their services. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or prevent fraud. We do not sell visitor personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website.
Future purchases and course delivery
Checkout and course delivery are not currently active on this website. Before activating features that collect customer information, we will update this policy to identify the relevant categories of information, purposes, and service providers. Payment and course-platform practices should be reviewed before you submit information to those services.
Retention and security
Technical logs are subject to the hosting provider’s applicable retention settings and practices. Communications may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. We avoid requesting information that is unnecessary for those purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to contact us or submit information through external services. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us through the channel below to make a request. We may need to verify your identity using proportionate information. Some records may need to be retained as required by law. Where available, you may also complain to your local privacy regulator.
Children
Paid To Promo is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
International visitors
Hosting and communication providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Any applicable legal requirements for international processing remain in effect.
Policy changes and contact
We will update this page when the website’s information practices change and revise the date shown above. For privacy questions or requests, contact Matt Proud through the public @SIDEGIGMATT profile identified on this website and request a private contact channel. Do not post personal information publicly. The social platform handles messages under its own privacy terms.
